مصنع الصوف الصخري السعودي هو عضو في (GIG) المجموعة الخليجية للعزل وإحدى الشركات التابعة لشركة الزامل للاستثمار الصناعي (الزامل للصناعة). يوفر مصنع الصوف الصخري السعودي في السوق المحلي والدولي العديد من منتجات العزل الحراري ومواد البناء والمواد الصناعية.
هناك نوعان من وحدات التصنيع التابعة لمصنع الصوف الصخري السعودي . تأسست أول وحدة في 1992 في المنطقة الصناعية الثالثة جنوب الرياض، ولها قدرة إنتاجية إجمالية قدرها 25000 طن / سنة باستخدام أحدث المعدات والآلات.
تم تجهيز الوحدة الثانية للمصنع الآن، بحيث تكون جاهزة في وقت مبكر عام 2014. ويقع هذا المصنع الجديد في المدينة الصناعية في الخرج وسيكون أكبر مصنع للصوف الصخري في المنطقة، وينتج 40000 طن من مختلف منتجات الصوف الصخري سنويا.
وبهذا الانتاج ستكون SRWF أكبر منتج للصوف الصخري في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وآسيا.
Saudi Rock Wool Factory is a member of (GIG) Gulf Insulation Group and a Subsidiary of Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial). Saudi Rock Wool Factory Co. provides the local and international market with numerous thermal insulation, construction and industrial materials.
There are two manufacturing units of Saudi Rock Wool Factory. The first one was established in 1992 in the third industrial area south of Riyadh and has a total production capacity of 25,000 tons/year using state of the art equipment and machinery.
The Second factory is being commissioned now and shall be operational early 2014. This new plant is located in Al Kharj industrial city and will be the biggest Rock Wool plant in the region, producing 40,000 tons of the different Rock Wool products per year. With this SRWF will be the Largest producer of Rock Wool in the Middle East and Asia Region.
Quality is our Goal and as part of our commitment to quality, we perform regular product testing, both locally and internationally, against the highest standards levels. SRWF has ISO, DCL and CE Certificates. SRWF Products are classified as A1 (Non-Combustible) by Warrington, BRE and Pavus accredited fire laboratories. Additionally, products are approved by Dubai Municipality as HCFC free and listed as Green Building Materials.
